Anti-Seize Compounds

Anti-Seize Compounds
Copper Anti-Seize Compound is a high-performance premium quality paste manufactured using the latest extreme pressure, anti-wear, anti-oxidation and corrosion inhibiting additives which are designed to reduce wear, improve performance and extend component life. Copper Anti Seize Paste has been designed for use on threaded connections of pipes, flanges and fasteners subjected to high temperatures and/or corrosive environments. Suitable as an anti-seize for a wide range of aggressive conditions, the compound overcomes galling on assembly and greatly reduces dismantling torque. It is suitable for use as an anti-seize up to 1100°C.
Graphite Anti-Seize Compound is a specialist premium quality graphited compound for anti-seize applications where low chlorine and sulphur levels are required and where a nickel containing product is to be avoided. Primarily suitable for stainless steel fasteners. Graphite Anti-Seize Paste is also suitable for assembly and running-in purposes. The compound is designed to prevent damage during start up and protects against wear in adverse operating conditions. It is suitable for use as an anti-seize up to 600°C.

Boom Grease
This high-performance premium quality grease manufactured using a mineral base oil and lithium complex thickener. Boom Grease uses the latest extreme pressure (EP), anti-wear, anti-oxidation and corrosion inhibiting additives including PTFE, which are designed to reduce wear, improve grease performance and extend component life in dry dusty, wet and shock loaded conditions. Boom Grease has been designed for the lubrication of mechanical parts, in a wide range of industry applications especially guide tracks and sliding surfaces as seen on overhead gantry’s, telehandlers and crane jibs fitted with wear pads. Boom Grease contains PTFE to reduce stiction and increase lubricity, reduce drag and power consumption. Boom Grease can be used on applications experienced in many industries such as agricultural, automotive, construction, commercial, forestry, industrial and marine applications.
Hammer Grease
Heavy-duty grease formulated to withstand extreme shock loads and prevent wear in hydraulic hammers and breakers.
Applications: Hydraulic hammers, rock breakers, demolition tools.
Hammer Grease
A specially developed grease using a blend of semi-synthetic base oil manufactured with a bentone thickener, containing a high level of graphite to extend lubrication periods. It is designed particularly for hydraulic hammer lubrication, pin and bush type of applications on large earth moving and general off-road heavy plant machinery. Hammer Grease is enhanced by the addition of lubricating solids, and adhesive properties of the grease helps resist water wash off.
HD Adhesive Grease
A high-performance adhesive grease designed to cling to surfaces, providing exceptional wear protection in high-load applications.

HD Adhesive Grease
HD Adhesive Grease is a high performance, multi-purpose grease manufactured using a 460cSt semi synthetic oil and a lithium thickener. HD Adhesive Grease uses the latest extreme pressure (EP), anti-wear, anti-oxidation and corrosion inhibiting additives, designed to reduce wear, improve grease performance and extend component life. HD Adhesive Grease has been designed for the lubrication of slow to medium anti-friction roller and plain bearings and performs excellently in both fresh and saltwater applications.

Ivo Flo
A premium quality, water resistant grease for use in the heavy haulage industrial sector where the presence of water and humid atmospheres can affect lubricating performance and be detrimental to the protection of parts from corrosion. This product is specifically designed for applications where central lubrication systems are fitted onto heavy goods vehicles for chassis lubrication. It is a NLGI No. 000 grease is designed to provide excellent pumpability even at sub-zero temperatures.
Loxshield 55/2
A high-performance lubricant with extreme pressure additives, designed for superior load-bearing capabilities.
Applications: High-load industrial and automotive applications.
Loxshield 55/2
A white, PTFE thickened, perfluorinated polyether grease. The exceptional thermal stability of this grease ensures very long term lubrication characteristics and is suitable for the lubrication of bearings, slides, small gears and valves operating at high temperatures, up to 280°C. Highly resistant to chemicals and solvents, and can be used in the presence of oxygen. The extended lubrication intervals reduces lubrication costs and component replacement intervals. Loxshield 55/2 is extremely resistant to chemicals and suitable in the presence of oxygen.

Heavy-duty grease designed for open gear applications, offering excellent adhesion and protection against wear and corrosion.

Open Gear Grease
This aluminium complex soap thickened grease based on a high viscosity semi-synthetic base oil blend incorporating solid lubricants, polymers, extreme pressure additives, and a blend of antioxidants and corrosion inhibitors, combining to provide highly effective lubrication with excellent corrosion protection. Open Gear Grease has been specially developed for the lubrication of all types and sizes of open gears, including spur, helical and bevel drive gears that are subjected to extreme loads, high working temperatures and water saturated conditions. This lubricant is bitumen free, is easy to apply in all weathers and can be applied to wet surfaces. Adhesive additives ensure self-repairing film of lubricant providing maximum protection of work surfaces that can withstand pressures up to 7,000kg/cm2 (100,000 psi).

Pin & Bush Lubricant
Pin & Bush Lubricant (PBL) is a high performance, multi-purpose lithium thickened grease fortified with additional special additives. PBL uses the latest extreme pressure (EP), anti-wear, anti-oxidation and corrosion inhibiting additives which are designed to reduce wear, improve grease performance and extend component life in dry dusty, wet and shock loaded conditions. PBL has special graphite additives offering extra protection against vibration, impact, high loads and can prolong component life. This grease has been designed for the lubrication of steel pins and bushes on many applications within the agricultural, construction and other industries.
Red Rubber Grease
A non-damaging grease specifically designed for rubber and elastomer components, offering excellent compatibility and sealing properties.
Applications: Brake components, rubber seals, O-rings.
Red Rubber Grease
A premium quality bentone thickened grease for use in hydraulic and braking systems, where compatibility with natural, styrene butadiene (SBR), and other types of rubber seal is desirable. Due to the vegetable base oil, the grease is resistant to hydrocarbon solvents, notably petrol and diesel. A red dye is incorporated for identification purposes.

Semi-fluid grease designed for wire ropes, providing deep penetration and long-term corrosion protection.
Applications: Marine, offshore, construction hoists.
Rope Lube 00
This is a semi-fluid grease for wire rope lubrication designed to meet the arduous lubricant and corrosion prevention requirements of wire ropes working under all conditions. Typical application areas are dockside and ship crane ropes, drag lines, hoists and mobile cranes. Rope Lube 00 will penetrate between the rope strands to provide integral lubrication and to provide both internal and external protection against corrosion caused by wet, adverse weather conditions and sea water.
Sprayable Gear Lube 0
A high-performance, sprayable grease ideal for easy application in open gear and chain lubrication.
Applications: Gears, chains, conveyor systems.
Sprayable Gear Lube 0
A premium quality, water resistant grease for use in industrial and marine applications where the presence of water and humid atmospheres can affect lubricating performance and be detrimental to the protection of parts from corrosion. The combination of high viscosity mineral oil, polymer and aluminium complex thickener provide a highly adhesive product, that stays in place in the harshest of environments. Sprayable Gear Lube 0 has been specially developed for the lubrication of all types of open gears, including spur, helical, worm and bevel drive gears, as well as for steel tyres and supporting rollers, that are subjected to extreme loads at higher working temperatures. The performance of Sprayable Gear Lube 0 is further enhanced with graphite for use in heavy duty plain bearings and slides.

Synthetic High Temp
Synthetic High Temp 2 is a high performance grease manufactured using a synthetic base oil and lithium complex thickener. Synthetic High Temp 2 grease uses the latest extreme pressure (EP), anti-wear, anti-oxidation and corrosion inhibiting additives which are designed to reduce wear, improve grease performance and extend component life. This grease has been designed for the lubrication of anti-friction and plain bearings which operate in either low or high operating temperatures over extended periods. PTFE additives impart excellent performance, making Synthetic High Temp 2 an extremely versatile grease as used in many applications within the agricultural, automotive, construction, commercial, forestry, industrial, marine and steel industries.
Ultra High Temp Grease
A specialized grease designed for ultra-high temperature environments where conventional lubricants would degrade.

Ultra High Temp
Ultra High Temp 2 is a high performance, extreme temperature, non-carbonising grease designed for use in slow moving anti-friction, plain bearings and hinge pins operating in high temperature applications. Ultra High Temp 2 incorporates a special dispersion of fine micronised graphite particles in a synthetic fluid which evaporates cleanly at high temperatures without leaving abrasive ash deposits. Primarily designed for extreme temperature operations such as kiln car bearings, furnace doors, rotary drying oven and drying tunnel mechanisms with an outstanding temperature range up to 600°C.
