Founded by George Bell (grandfather of current chairman David Bell) Ironsides Lubricants have been established for more than 80 years.

We have continued our company success to become the leading UK manufacturer of lubricating grease with 35% of our output now sold to global export markets. We employ over 50 people, with a capacity to manufacture 10000mT of lubricating grease, sold to customers in over 38 different countries. Our range includes 600+ standard, specialist, and bespoke formulation products. As an ongoing family business, we pride ourselves on being big enough to cope, but small enough to care!

We specialise in the supply of generic and own label/branded grease for both UK and global wholesale and OEM markets. Our wide range of grease products meets the lubrication needs of many applications in multiple industries. The Technical Research & Development Department has the expertise to formulate products to meet specific customer and industry requirements. An ability to produce small batch sizes and flexibility in dedicated labelling and packaging sizes, ensures a unique customer product range with fast and efficient service. We supply grease in sizes ranging from 400g and 500g cartridges, through to 14mT bulk in generic or own label/branded designs and fill over 6 million cartridges per annum. We support all our customers with a full Technical and aftersales service.
